There have been a lot of negative reaction to the unconfirmed news of the midfielder’s predicament in the Ghana camp
Arsenal star Thomas Partey is in the social media trends for reportedly being “sacked” from Ghana’s camp ahead of their upcoming friendlies against Morocco and Cote d’Ivoire.
According to local media reports, the midfielder was turned away after reporting late to join the Black Stars training camp in Cape Coast.
The Ghana Football Association has not made an official statement on the situation but other reports suggested the 27-year-old left camp with permission from Ghana coach CK Akonnor and has been excused from the friendlies.
