United booked their place in the final of the Europa League during the week, despite their 3-2 defeat to Roma in the second leg of their semi-final clash. Their loss ended a seven-match unbeaten run in all competitions, although Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not be overly concerned with the result. The Red Devils can take a significant step foward in their pursuit of second place with a win this afternoon. Their top-four spot is all but secure, but they will want their domestic campaign to end on a strong note.
Villa still harbour ambitions of finishing in the top half of the Premier League and it remains more than a possibility after their 2-1 win over Everton last week. Dean Smith's men secured the victory on the road over the Toffees courtesy of strikes from Ollie Watkins and Anwar El Ghazi, ending a run of three matches without a win in the process.
