LIVE: Chelsea vs Manchester City

41' Pulisic has scored his 7th PL goal of the season, the most of any player aged 21 and under in 2019-20

39' CHANCE! City take the resulting free-kick short and Mahrez finds time and space just inside the box and he tries to curl the ball into the top left-hand corner of the net. However, he gets too much power behind it and it flies narrowly over the bar.

34' City look shaky at the back, they are struggling to clear their lines in the final third and Chelsea could take advantage of this.

33' SAVE! Christiansen forces Ederson into making a great save from close range, with a header from a corner. It looked like a certain goal, but Ederson showed great reflexes to react. Alonso then smashes the rebound high over the crossbar.

32' CHANCE! Really good move by Chelsea, with Mount, Pulisic and Barkley all having chances at goal within a few seconds of eachother, after City fail to deal with the danger and the Chelsea players kept picking up the loose ball. Barkley's shot is blocked at the near post and goes out for a corner, after Pulisic's shot is also blocked and Mount's flies wide, but straight to Barkley.

30' It's goalless at the half an hour mark at Stamford Bridge, with both teams having good chances to open the scoring here, but City certainly look the more dangerous of the two sides.

28' CHANCE! The ball falls to Barkley after a poor clearance from Laporte following a low cross into the box by Alonso from the left. Barkley smashes it towards goal, but Fernandinho gets across and makes a vital block just in time to turn it out of play for a corner.

26' Man City lost their last Premier League game in London (0-2 vs Tottenham). They’ve not lost consecutive games in the capital since December 2015, the first defeat of which also came against Spurs.

24' Stoppage in play here for a cooling break, a chance for both teams to take on some drinks and receive instructions from the coaching staff.

22' Giroud is cutting a very isolated figure up front for Chelsea at the moment, he is trying his best to close down Laporte and Fernandinho, but it is all too easy for City on the ball right now.

20' The pressure from City when they don't have the ball is excellent, they are chasing after everything to get back in possession, with Chelsea hardly touching the ball so far.

18' SAVE! Best chance of the game so far, with Fernandinho finding space at the near post to power a header towards goal, completely unmarked and he only had Kepa to beat. However, the keeper read it well and made a superb save to tip the ball over the crossbar.

17' Azpilicueta is lucky to get away with just a warning after a very strong and late challenge on Gundogan, right on the touchline. Needless challenge.

15' Almost! Kepa makes a big mistake at the back, taking too long with his clearance and then passing it straight out to a City player and Bernardo Silva is then fed through on goal, but luckily Rudiger is there to clear the danger just in time.

13' Good Chelsea move! There first attacking move of the game, Pulisic manages to stretch the City defence and pulls a cross back to Mount, but his shot is well blocked by Gundogan and goes behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.

12' Lovely move! De Bruyne with a superb deep cross into the penalty area, which Bernardo Silva heads down towards Laporte, but the defender doesn't read it well enough and it too slow to react, with Kepa gathering to the clear the danger.

11' Chelsea have alternated between defeat and victory in their last four Premier League home games against Man City, winning this exact fixture 2-0 last season.

9' Mendy gets to the byline down the left and drills in a low cross towards the near post, but Kepa gets down quickly and makes a good stop with his feet. No City players made the run towards the front post in order to meet it.

8' It's all City at the moment, but due to Chelsea packing the midfield, City are struggling to find space to breakthrough the lines. No chances so far.

6' Good move! Walker plays a lovely ball out wide to De Bruyne who found time and space down the left wing, he then passes to Bernardo Silva in the box, but he can't quite control the ball well enough and his shot is weak and straight at Kepa, who comfortably gathers.

5' Chelsea have everyone back behind the ball at the moment and have dropped into a five man midfield, with Kante sitting just in front of the defence, as the early pressure builds from City.

3' Sloppy start here by Chelsea, there have been a few misplaced passes in midfield to hand the ball back to City, who are enjoying more possession in the early stages of this game.

1' We're under way!
