LIVE: PSG vs Lille

Looking ahead to the next 45, if Galtier feels this game is gone he may bring off more of his key players, such as Weah, in order to rest them for their important Ligue 1 fixtures coming up. Pochettino will be delighted with his side's performance so far and will perhaps feel one more goal will finish this cup tie off completely.

The hosts wander down the tunnel 2-0 up at half-time, after dominating the majority of this Coupe de France last-16 tie. Initially, Icardi gave Pochettino's side the lead after pouncing on some miscommunication between Maignan and Djalo. Celik then brought down Mbappe, who converted the subsequent penalty only moments after replacing the injured Icardi. Yilmaz has had the best chances for the visitors, spurning a one-on-one opportunity and hitting the crossbar but Lille are yet to beat Navas so far.

45' + 2' HALF-TIME: PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN 2-0 LILLE

45' + 1' Yilmaz picks a problem with Pochettino, glaring at the Argentinian manager after the PSG head coach had gone to retrieve the ball for Kurzawa's throw-in. If the game carries on with these sort of tempers, it could make for an interesting and chaotic next 45 minutes.

45' There will be two minutes of added time in this Coupe de France last-16 tie as PSG go surging forward in an attempt to extend their two-goal lead.

43' Mbappe shoves Celik off the ball and the right-back ends up on the floor clutching his face. The referee awards a free-kick to the visitors before the pair exchange a shake of hands and the game carries on around them.

40' PENALTY TO PSG! An instant impact by Mbappe as the Frenchman cuts inside onto his right foot, inviting the tackle of Celik before going down and the referee doesn't hesitate as he points to the spot! The right-back didn't have to lunge in there and he left the referee with no choice but to give the foul.

37' Yilmaz attempts to slide through Weah, who takes one touch around Marquinhos before Navas collects the loose ball. Lille appeal for handball against the Brazilian centre-back but the referee once again shakes his head and insists play goes on. Just like the earlier decision with Djalo, it would have been incredibly harsh to give that one against the centre-back too.

36' Paredes clips the ankles of Soumare to offer Lille a free-kick in the left-hand channel. PSG are still playing with 10 men after Icardi's removal and Galtier's men are looking to capitalise on their one-man advantage.

34' Navas chips a 50-yard pass perfectly into the chest of Rafinha before Di Maria tries to find Icardi through the middle. Icardi then goes down, perhaps still struggling from Araujo's tackle, and it looks like it could be the end of the forward's game.

33' Galtier's side commit six or seven players forward as Yilmaz and Yazici look to carve out an opportunity. However, Rafinha steps in, releasing Di Maria on the counter-attack to shoot with his left foot, which Maignan saves with ease. Down the other end, Weah thinks he is in but once again the assistant has their flag up for offside against the American.

32' The hosts have dominated the Coupe de France recently, winning five out of the last six editions.

31' OFF THE BAR! Dagba cuts out a pass to Bradaric and Soumare pokes through to Yilmaz on the edge of the area. The Turkish forward takes one touch, spinning onto his left foot before curling an effort towards the top right corner. Navas can gets nowhere near it and he is fortunate that Yilmaz's effort smashes into the crossbar and then bounces away from danger.

30' CLOSE! Rafinha can't sort his feet out quickly enough, which allows Soumare to intervene on the edge of Lille's area. The ball then finds Paredes, who takes one touch before unleashing a long-range volley, which nearly troubles Maignan but the goalkeeper manages to parry away.

29' Another free-kick comes on the right-hand side, which offers Di Maria the chance to cross. The Argentine delivers to the front post but Weah is there to head down before PSG send the next pass out of play for a goal-kick, which Maignan will play short.

28' Araujo smashes into the ankles of Icardi and he is perhaps lucky to not become the third booking of the game, which is quickly degenerating into a series of needless fouls by the away side as they struggle to get a grip of this Coupe de France last-16 tie.

27' Galtier gets rather animated on the touchline as he protests the ball has gone out of play under the control of Kurzawa. The Lille manager gets his way with the assistant but his side then fail to keep the ball, as has been the case for the majority of this first half so far.

26' Kean and his team-mates are still arguing with the referee about the potential handball decision as the hosts manipulate possession from side to side. Replays show it could have clipped Djalo's arm but that would have been an extremely harsh decision, given how close the centre-back was to the Italian attacker.

24' Kean evades two or three Lille defenders, making it into the area and seeing his right-footed effort blocked by Djalo. The home side appeal for a penalty for handball but the referee waves his arms, suggesting it has come off the chest of the centre-back before rolling through to Maignan.

23' Out of possession, the hosts appear to be more 4-4-2 with Di Maria and Kean tucking in while Rafinha joins Icardi to press up top. Pochettino's press nearly fails, however, as Weah is sent in over the top but the offside flag goes up against the American youngster before he can progress any further.

21' WIDE! Di Maria feeds the overlapping run of Dagba, who sees his cross towards the near post headed away by Djalo. Di Maria latches onto the loose ball towards the edge of the area, cannoning a left-footed volley towards Maignan's right but the Argentine's effort goes just wide of the target.

20' Di Maria floats the set-piece towards the far post, where Marquinhos heads down for the run of Rafinha. The visitors manage to deal with the initial danger and then launch long for Yilmaz to chase as they try and make it out of their own half for the first time in a few minutes.

17' Pochettino is furious as he feels Celik should be booked for a cynical foul on Di Maria, who was leading the hosts' counter-attacking charge. After the referee briefly goes over to the touchline to explain his decision, play resumes with a PSG free-kick.

16' Celik and Yazici exchange a one-two with the latter playing back to his right-back with a smart flick, which forces Kurzawa to slide in and concede Lille's first corner of the game. The resulting set-piece comes to nothing as the away side fail to beat the first man at the near post.

15' Di Maria coasts past Soumare in the right-hand channel, racing towards goal and attempting to find his international compatriot Icardi in the area. Fortunately for the visitors, Di Maria overhits his throughball and it travels through to the hands of Maignan.

14' OVER THE BAR! Marquinhos deals with a long pass which was in search of Yilmaz, heading down towards the edge of his own area. Weah nips in front of Kurzawa, collecting the loose ball before powering a right-footed effort towards goal. Navas doesn't appear too concerned as he jumps and watches the American's strike sail over the crossbar.

13' A poor back pass by Kurzawa nearly releases Yilmaz through on goal, however, Navas dances around the initial pressure before evading the press of Yazici and coolly playing out towards Diallo.

12' Rafinha throws himself to the floor in the middle of the park and then Araujo exchanges a few words with the referee. After some more disagreement and arguing with the officials, the hosts get the game back underway with a short free-kick towards the left-hand side.

11' Lille's most recent triumph in Coupe de France came in the 2010-11 season - when they beat today’s opponent 1-0 in the final - and they held the champions to a 0-0 draw back in December, but Les Parisiens have lost just one of their last 20 matches against their last-16 opponents in all competitions.

8' Yazici and Yilmaz once again combine but on this occasion the former's pass is a little too strong and the home side manage to intercept towards the right of their own area. Yazici and Weah are controlling the visitors' attacking phases in the opening stages of this game.

6' SAVE! Intricate passing from Yazici, Yilmaz and Araujo sees Lille's number nine find some space to the left of goal. With just Navas to beat, Yilmaz slides his right-footed shot into the chest of the goalkeeper before Bradaric smashes a rebound into the hands of the Costa Rican once more. The Turkish forward should be scoring from that sort of chance and that is a let off for the hosts.

5' Soumare remains down after Rafinha's lunging tackle and the midfielder will require some medical treatment from the visitors' physios. He is clutching his ankle but it seems like he will be fine to carry on as he hobbles off to the touchline before returning moments later.

3' Di Maria's outswinging corner misses Marquinhos and Diallo, eventually falling to Rafinha on the edge of the area who blazes his right-footed effort high and wide of Maignan's goal.

2' Rafinha skips around two tackles before feeding Kurzawa in the left-hand channel and the left-back's low cross gets turned behind for the first corner of the game.

1' The referee blows his whistle to get this Coupe de France last-16 clash underway!

The players are wandering out the Parc des Princes tunnel and shortly it will be time for kick-off.

Lille travel to the Parc des Princes having kept six clean sheets in their last eight domestic away matches and they have not lost on the road since November.

Christophe Galtier, who was absent from the touchline against Monaco due to suspension, opts for seven changes from the weekend. Botman, Celik, Maignan and Weah are the only four to remain in the side as the visitors rotate their starting eleven, unsurprisingly placing greater emphasis on the league. Veteran forward Yilmaz partners Yazici, after making his long-awaited return to action off the bench against Monaco last game.

Mauricio Pochettino makes five changes from the hosts’ loss against Nantes. Diallo moves centrally to partner Marquinhos, meaning Kurzawa is the man to come in for Presnel Kimpembe. Gueye and Paredes also replace Danilo and Verratti as holding midfielders behind Rafinha. Up top, Kean starts instead of Draxler and Icardi gets the nod ahead of Mbappe.
