LIVE: Real Madrid vs Real Betis

The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away.

Madrid haven't won any of their last three home games against Betis in LaLiga (D1 L2), their worst run at home against them in the competition and their worst ongoing run at home against any team in the top-flight.

There are four changes from Manuel Pellegrini as well after Betis' draw with Athletic Bilbao last time out. Ruiz, Guardado, Joaquin and Lainez all come in, with Bartra and Ruibal starting on the bench. Nabil Fekir is suspended after being sent off in that game.

Zinedine Zidane makes four changes to the side that beat Cadiz on Wednesday as he brings in Carvajal, Isco, Asensio and Modric, who returns after a back injury. Marcelo, Blanco, Odriozola and Vinicius drop to the bench. Hazard is also named as a substitute after missing just over a month with a muscle injury.

REAL BETIS SUBS: Paul Akouokou, Yassin Fekir, Rodrigo Sanchez, Loren Moron, Martin Montoya, William Carvalho, Aitor Ruibal, Juanmi, Marc Bartra, Joel Robles, Sidnei, Alex Moreno.

REAL BETIS STARTING XI (4-2-3-1): Claudio Bravo; Emerson, Aissa Mandi, Victor Ruiz, Juan Miranda; Guido Rodriguez, Andres Guardado; Joaquin, Sergio Canales, Diego Lainez; Borja Iglesias.

REAL MADRID SUBS: Marcelo, Mariano, Antonio Blanco, Eden Hazard, Diego Altube, Alvaro Odriozola, Andriy Lunin, Sergio Arribas, Vinicius Junior.

REAL MADRID STARTING XI (4-3-3): Thibaut Courtois; Dani Carvajal, Raphael Varane, Eder Militao, Nacho; Luka Modric, Casemiro, Isco; Rodrygo, Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio.

Madrid have the chance to close the gap to Atletico Madrid at the table with a win today and come into this game unbeaten in their last 16 games in all competitions (W12 D4). They also ended a run of two without scoring last time out with a 3-0 victory over Cadiz. Betis are unbeaten in their previous five outings but have drawn their last four on the bounce as they look to try and earn a place in the Europa League next season.
