10' This is a really open game so far. Wycombe are playing direct, but look capable of causing Tottenham problems, while the visitors have so much pace in attack. Moura has enjoyed a really bright start.
8' Hart beats Jacobson's dangerous initial corner away for another, which Carlos Vinicius is then on hand to deal with.
7' GOOD SAVE! Hart keeps Tottenham level! Spurs have been in control, but Muskwe's flicked header at the near post has Hart scrambling, just able to get his hands up to parry away.
4' WIDE! Bale should score! An inviting corner from the left finds the Tottenham number nine in front of goal, but he nods wide.
3' Tottenham are well on top already. Winks drives forward through the middle and looks left, his pass slightly overhit but finding Moura, whose cross deflects behind. Spurs need to find a better delivery this time.
2' Lovely hold-up play from Carlos Vinicius! He controls Moura's pass really smartly and squares for Lamela to send in a low shot, but a defender recovers to block. The corner that follows is too long and comes to nothing.
1' KICK-OFF: The Championship side get us under way!
The only previous meeting between these two sides saw Spurs win 4-3 at this stage of the 2016-17 competition. Mourinho has faced Wycombe twice before, advancing from the 2006-07 EFL Cup semi-finals on aggregate after a 1-1 draw and a 4-0 victory with Chelsea.
Mourinho makes 10 changes from Tottenham's previous Premier League game, with only stand-in captain Davies keeping his place. Bale starts for the first time since December and Carlos Vinicius, who scored a hat-trick against Marine, gets another chance. Wycombe have not played since thrashing Preston North End in the previous round and make just two changes.

The draw is opening up in this season's competition after both Arsenal and Liverpool were dumped out over the weekend, but the winners of this tie already know the identity of their next opponents. Everton await at Goodison Park.
Spurs' bid to end their 13-year trophy drought takes them to Adams Park to take on Wycombe, the Championship's basement side. Jose Mourinho's men avoided an even grander upset in the previous round when they won at Marine.
